The six words that will change your life.

Almost everyone I know needs to learn to say the following six words, and to say them more often:

“I was wrong and I’m sorry.”

And by the way, the more excuses and explanations you add to those six words, the less believable your apology is. If you want something to add, try this: “I won’t do it again.”
